At UnQuote, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, provided the item meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if:
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item has all original tags and packaging intact.
The return is initiated within the 7-day period.
Items not eligible for return or exchange include:
Inner-wear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Email support@theunquotestore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will verify the request and provide a return shipping address or pickup instructions (if applicable).
Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size or color):

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
