2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The return is initiated within the 7-day period.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include:

  • Inner-wear, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will verify the request and provide a return shipping address or pickup instructions (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
