• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.

• Inner-wear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons if used.

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@theunquotestore.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you may need to ship the product back to us at your own expense unless the product is defective.

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
